1 Introduction & Definitions

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout this document, which carry the same meaning wherever they appear.

  • "User" / "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on bdok2 or is visiting the site.
  • "Account" — A user's personal registered profile.
  • "Service" — Gaming, betting, and related activities provided by bdok2.
  • "Bonus Funds" — Non-cash rewards credited to an account as part of a promotion or welcome offer.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
  • "Taka" / "৳" — Bangladeshi currency (BDT).

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

The bdok2 platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. bdok2 reserves the right to verify age at any time, and accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Identity Verification: bdok2 reserves the right to verify identity via government-issued ID, national identity card, or passport before processing payments or large withdrawals.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or renting a bdok2 account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdok2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Before requesting a withdrawal, your account must have sufficient balance and any active wagering requirements must be met.

Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals on bdok2 are generally completed within 10-45 minutes. Larger withdrawal amounts may take slightly longer due to the identity verification process.

4.3 Same-Method Withdrawals

Withdrawals will preferentially be made using the same method used for the deposit. This is part of our financial security and fraud prevention measures.

4.4 Transaction Verification

bdok2 reserves the right to verify and review any transaction. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity, transactions may be held or cancelled, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on bdok2 can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more yields the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).

Example: Receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 — meaning ৳12,000 worth of bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic betting, arbitrage betting, or using multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages is strictly prohibited. If bdok2 detects such activity, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus funds will be automatically cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdok2 guarantees fair play across all games. Our games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is fully unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection affects the outcome of a game, bdok2 reserves the right to void or restart that game. Any incorrect winnings displayed as a result of such errors will be considered void.

6.3 Betting Rules

In sports betting, all bets are finalized before the event begins. Additional terms apply for in-play betting. If bdok2 detects a suspicious betting pattern, it reserves the right to cancel bets or withhold results.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdok2 platform:

  • Betting on behalf of or using the account of a minor.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Hacking, modifying the platform's software, or using automated software against it.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Registering using a false identity.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
  • Using another person's payment information without their permission.
Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and notification of law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdok2 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of bdok2 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for any purpose without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This permission is not sub-licensable, transferable, or assignable.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nature of Service

bdok2 provides gaming services for entertainment purposes. bdok2 is not liable for any financial losses a user incurs from gaming. Gaming is a risky activity and you should only wager an amount you can afford to lose.

9.2 Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. bdok2 bears no financial liability for this, though we make every effort to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Our platform includes games operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others). The relevant game provider is responsible for technical errors or outcomes in those games.

11 Suspension & Termination of Service

11.1 Account Closure by bdok2

bdok2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
  • If the account holder is found to be a minor.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through support. Any valid funds in your balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method, provided identity verification has been completed.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Initial Step

If the issue is not resolved through initial support, you may submit a formal complaint. Submit a written complaint including the subject of the dispute, the date, and the relevant transaction details, and we will take appropriate action.

12.3 Withdrawal Disputes

For disputes related to withdrawals, bdok2 will review all relevant transaction records. Once validity is confirmed, the request will be processed as quickly as possible.

13 Changes to Terms

bdok2 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, notice will be given via a notification on the platform or to your registered email.
